FAQs
What should I wear to the different events?
Please wear what you’re comfortable wearing. Indian attire will be the choice of clothing for most events.
Haldi: Think yellow and bright. While Indian is encouraged, feel free to wear anything yellow you’re comfortable in.
Sangeet: Glam it up in dark hues with a touch of sparkle - Indian wear (lehengas, shararas, saris, etc) or Indo-Western fusion wear are great. Dancing shoes are compulsory!
Wedding Ceremony: Traditional Indian wear like sarees, lehengas, kurta-pajamas or sherwanis are ideal. Formal western wear is totally fine if you’re more comfortable in that.
❗We’ll arrange for someone to help you drape your sari (if you wear one) on the day of the wedding. You can also choose to get pre-draped saris that are easy to wear in case you want to wear one during the other celebrations.
